Offering group and one on one coaching for runners of all levels. Whether you just want to get in shape or run some races, I have you covered. Also do online training programs for people outside the city including strength/weight workouts.  Contact for information. We meet three times a week for speed work, strength training and a long run.  Inquire about pricing.
